Order Tracking

Incorrect Shipping Information

Lost or Stolen Packages
AZULITOS is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier.
If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
International Shipping & Customs
International customers may be responsible for customs fees, import duties, or taxes charged by their country.
AZULITOS is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and items so we can assist you.
